Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Tower Rush Drop ("the App") handles, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Nickname. When you start playing, you choose a display nickname. This is the only piece of personal identity we ask for. We do not collect your real name, email address or password.
- Messages you send us. If you use our Contact form or email us, we receive whatever you type — your name, email address and the content of your message.
2.2 Gameplay data
- Scores and progress. Your high scores, tower heights, coins earned, power-ups owned and other in-game statistics.
- Session data. Play session timestamps, game mode selections and performance metrics used to improve balance.
2.3 Device and technical information
- Anonymous device identifier. A randomly generated identifier used solely to associate gameplay data with your local profile.
- Device metadata. Device model, operating system version, screen resolution and language settings.
- Crash and diagnostic data. Crash logs and performance diagnostics that help us identify and fix bugs.
3. How we use your information
- To operate, maintain and improve the App and its gameplay experience.
- To display your nickname and scores on in-game leaderboards.
- To save your progress and settings locally on your device.
- To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs.
- To analyse aggregated, anonymised gameplay trends so we can balance game mechanics.
- To respond to you when you contact our support team.
4. Local data storage
The majority of your data is stored directly on your device using local storage technologies (Hive and SharedPreferences). Your game progress, settings, coin balances and power-up inventory live on your device rather than on remote servers. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this locally stored information is permanently deleted.
5. Leaderboard data sharing
If you opt in to leaderboards, your chosen nickname and associated scores may be transmitted to and stored on our servers so they can be displayed to other players. Leaderboard data is limited to your nickname and scores; no other personal information is shared publicly or with other users.
6. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the App (e.g. hosting, crash reporting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- Safety. To protect the rights, safety or property of Tower Rush Drop, our users or the public.
7. Children's privacy
Tower Rush Drop is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact support@towerrushdrop.com.
8. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access. Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion. Request deletion of your server-side leaderboard data. Local data can be deleted by uninstalling the App.
- Correction. Change your nickname at any time within the App.
- Opt-out of leaderboards. You may choose not to participate in leaderboards, in which case no gameplay data is transmitted off your device.

10. Data retention
Local data is retained on your device until you delete the App or clear its storage. Leaderboard data stored on our servers is retained for as long as the leaderboard feature is active. You may request deletion of your server-side data at any time.
11. Third-party services
The App may contain links to third-party services such as the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
