By downloading or using Tower Rush Drop ("the App") you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. App usage
Tower Rush Drop is designed for entertainment and general use. By using the App you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or distribute any part of the App.
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from TOWER RUSH DROP LTD.
- Disrupt, disable or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, its servers or related systems.
- Use bots, scripts, memory editors or any automated means to manipulate gameplay or leaderboards.
- Submit offensive, infringing or deceptive content in fields that you can edit (e.g. your nickname).
2. Intellectual property
All assets within the App — visuals, audio, source code, game logic, text, branding and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by TOWER RUSH DROP LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. No rights are granted to copy, resell or create derivative works.
3. Privacy and data
Tower Rush Drop does not require an account. Your local progress is stored on your device. If you participate in leaderboards, your nickname and scores are transmitted to our servers so they can be displayed to other players. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
4. Suitable for all ages 13+
The App is appropriate for users aged 13 and older. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.
5. Fair play and leaderboards
Leaderboards are a core part of the App. We reserve the right to remove scores, reset profiles or restrict access for any user we reasonably believe has cheated, manipulated scores or otherwise abused the leaderboard system. Offensive nicknames may be changed or filtered without notice.
6. No medical or professional claims
The App offers entertainment and general-use features only. It is not a medical, educational or therapeutic product and should not be relied on as such.
7. No guarantees
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOWER RUSH DROP LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Changes and updates
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to online features (such as leaderboards) at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TOWER RUSH DROP LTD operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
